It's like you've got articles and it can be shared by you on different programs, but it has to be altered. Yeah. Since how you see on Instagram differs. You see Facebook and you see Youtube, how different, how you view onLinkedin or Twitter. And so at the end of the day, what we need to do is really understand how people consume content on this , that stage and make content which would actually operate. That, and uh's, that's the huge difference. Now you can go through precisely the same production and say, fine, I can take a portion of this. It is like you may have a 10 minute video on youtube, but you are going to just slice out maybe two minutes or three minutes , on Facebook since it's going to execute a whole lot better that way.
So that you've mentioned many stages to creating one of these types of videos. I suppose we begin at the very start, you mentioned preparation. Would you take us
Or perhaps linkedin. Yeah. And so that is part of the prep preparatory stage? And what we're trying to do is figure out, fine, here's what will work on Instagram. Perhaps there's something or a hook that's a bit better on Facebook and here's something. So that you can have the meat of the material be the same. But you are actually shooting the movie it's really delivered is a little bit different. And where you're actually likely that's, uh, you know, the strategies to actually connect on various platform.
Hey that Jamie here and on behalf of the Click [inaudible] staff, welcome back into our movie series where we are talking video, but specifically the kinds of video you should be creating to drive more profit and more cliquey worthy video opinions into your business. In the last video we discussed the state of the marketing market. What's working by today when producing content. In this video we are likely to discuss the video content in a little more detail and talk about ways to make the one video you ought to be generating right now to drive more clicks, more visitors, and more sales on any product or service that you are offering.
The post production is most likely the most crucial component of getting a really good slice of video out there. In relation to create one of them? Yeah. And it's really interesting because a great deal of people, they're more about performing rather than preparing. And I discovered that if you truly wish to be successful, it is about the groundwork of knowing exactly what you're going to do, the way you're going to do it. So I like to really start to determine why I'm making the movie. It ought to have a function. Um, I believe it'd be pertinent to have you go through this process. What exactly does that sound good? Okay. So let's just say that you're trying to sell some merge. Okay. And you're attempting to sell it. You've got some item or whatever. Okay. Tell me someone that you know well. Um, besides Joey and David, my own brother. Okay. So yourbrother David. Okay. Chris. Brother Chris. You are good. Uh in the event that you really want your video you will need to actually have a preparation stage of the way you are going to disperse it. So back at the preparatory phase, you're like, okay, who is going to discuss this movie? How are you going to participate with them? You know, is it going to be done through advertisements natural or is it going to be a strategy where you really doing organic and adds together? Uh, for me, I love other channels on the market. I love other webpages on Facebook reason they need to really nourish the algorithm. They need to obtain their articles outreach. And a lot of people are willing to talk about your video. Uh, but more importantly, they are, they are able to cross post your own video. And therefore it's like coming from their page and it's like an content, even it isn't theirs.
So that it's like getting these pins. And then two, there is those organic hooks within the video. Like that he got himyou have to fortify whatever that name is. And I give that some thought. Um, and that's basically the stage before you go onto the next step. But there's one other thing I really, really consider is what, what source of moderate are we going to use? Is it likely to be a better Instagram one than Facebook? Is it going to be better on youtube or on Twitter? You know, like you have to examine the stage of who you're trying to reach and what's likely to be the ideal way. Now, among the biggest errors, it is like, well I'll just distribute it everywhere, you know, and you're creating a movie seeking to go on each stage and that is a massive mistake. Yeah. We are going to talk about the one type of video so as to blow off your small business, you have to have, but not. We're going to discuss make and how to structure that video also. Let us go.
Right, right. And one thing which I found is even once you have a video that is performing very well, you know, um, the way that the algorithm works on Facebook and other things, it's like maybe in fourteen days or seven weeks you do a different cut and then upload it, learn from what you already have, all of the data that's there and say, fine, what if we analyzed this down since we had a kind of a fall off here. We include, you know, something to pull them visually here. You can do that. And, and in which you're able to perform it, basically you are in a position to be successful because people will tend to forget what they saw, you know, from six months ago.
Of course. Yeah, that makes sense. Okay. So speaking about video editing from type of my experience and I'm not a professional movie editor and I know just how much work goes into doing lots of the things you state, you know, the, the captions Mimi discovering, even just placing titles at the top and bottom of your movie can take hours to get some people and a few people watching this might not have any clue how to do that. So I guess in that respect, is it worth the time to do that? Is it worth the time to sit down, maybe put into editing the video or alternatively spending money to kind of with someone,
Okay. Ready created the video. So we simply don't load it now. Yep. That you'd say the Majority of the people and say, okay that's just supply
But on Facebook we want to burn it in because some people don't have that choice on and you ought to make sure when they're scrolling through it, you are grabbing that focus. And so he is like? Exactly. And it is similar to the ratio we wish to be a one by one ratio of square ratio. Right? So what additional components that we can really add to this file? Can it be like to make it more of a meme that is video where we are putting texts that the start of the end, um, you know, is it engaging with several types of elements? That is the things that you've got to consider when you are doing the video edit. Or if we think of players, possibly Mohamed Sala, he is, that Liverpool is greatest player could possibly be hitting scoring against United, I do not understand. Yeah you can do different clips . But talking about they adore, you understand, Liverpool, correct. And, and the, the essence behind it. Um, so I love to attempt and recognize a few of things. These are of what would really that individual that if he watches with movie with bullet points. And then two, I do research. Just like I wish to go out there and also understand just how well I know someone, I'm like, what else is happening out there? I do a little research on the internet seeking to see whether there. Particularly when it's handling the issue available, uh. So like for Liverpool, is there anything that's going on that will be in the information which would be applicable to, to the video today?

You know what I'm saying? And I think that he'd need to be sucked in because he tried to determine what's happening in that video.
How you would then approach that. Yeah. We did a lot of research ahead. We do a great deal of preparation. We want to begin executing on these things. Uh, and for me there's a formula for every video and this formula is exactly what founders need to create for themselves. And there's a couple of elements for this formula that it, which it is universal for everyone. The first one is, and that we prepared for is a hook. We literally need to catch their attention. That hook is different on youtube versus Facebook. Let me give you an example of that. Like on youtube the hook would be just like five seconds. And on Facebook it's gonna be entirely different because you're, you might have sound on or not. As you are kind of flipping through their feed, and you only have a maybe a second.
And even on Instagram, it is going to differ. And so considering that, it is similar to that hook is like the part. And I would actually place a great deal of effort and energy to try to work out how you are likely to captivate people's attention and how you suck them into the content. Now that after that, after the hook, you can actually reinforce your brandnew. So if you've got a brand, you might have a element. This can be an optional item. Uh, it depends on which kind of content you're creating, you know, also, then two, you're moving into the meat of the content. Here's something which I discovered over, you understand, 40 some odd billion video opinions. It is like folks have a tolerance to observe. And I, I've been on Facebook earlier, although if you've fallen in this class, I don't know and I have never turned on the sound.
You might have two or three distinct versions of a video and you can test it to enjoy, like seriously what we do is we will just throw a few dollars behind it and also see how it converts. If it converts really well, you don't need to spend that much cash to work out if people really click on it, engage with it, how much they saw the video to see whether it actually works. And connect with them on a psychological level and so spending the time in place to creating your movie engage with the viewer, it gives you a greater probability for them to really share.
When you actually have those bullet points of things that would really get there, get there, get them something that's happening, I then attempt to think of what value can you actually bring that individual. So there is like three ways that you may attract value. Uh, with movie content you can aspire, you can instruct or instruct, entertain, and occasionally when you are really good you can do all three at the same time or you'll be able to get two of these. That is when you are really, really great once you're really giving it a lot of thought in it. Now that being said, as soon as you do so, I attempt to determine which value you are going to attract to your planned audience. Yeah. And in that movie, I try to bring those bullet points and then bring some kind of value. So whether it's like creating loyalty to his team or talking how bad the other group is, that is some value he'll actually find.
Alright. So Chris, he enjoys soccer? Can he have a team? Liverpool. Liverpool. Okay. And is there a, uh, an opposing team that simply, it is only a rivalry? There the greatest ones. Manchester United, that everyone knows. Okay. Okay. So there is heavy competition, like any friction. Okay. First thing is like, okay, if we're going to produce a video, we need to have a purpose of that video. The number two is that we will need to identify our viewers. Who Do we need watching this video? So I'd say it would be people that are Liverpool buffs like your brother, like hardcore Liverpool. Okay. And we must start breaking down of a few of the things that they, they sort of rally around that would get them excited. And what could be among those things which you'd think, well, beating Manchester United scoring goals.
Well let us just target everyone that enjoys Liverpool, right? And let's target everyone that does not like Liverpool. And let's see if we could get a few things, some. And I believe that you could do this just with , but should you infuse a small bit of money, it'll be interesting. The results. You can get your own gently. Definitely. So I think those secrets, uh, fairly incredible and, and anyone watching this movie has an overview or a blueprint to make in not a movie publication, knowing what to create and to push out there properly. And for anyone watching this right now, we put together. Um, that whole formula, that entire blueprint, um, a few things that are different that we did not fit into this video, um, that you could actually grab below this video.
And thus you have to reinforce it. And, also that point when we were talking about your brother, it is like in the event that you add one of those other elements which is like, yeah, yeah, I like this movie. You know, you're like, totally go from there. That is where he will stay on just a little bit longer. And should you get 20 minutes, if he can get to there and actually feel some type of link to the video, they will watch another minute, does not then lead to more involvement on the videos as well. So then they would be more prone. And 12 comments are seen by us. Yeah, absolutely. It is like as you're connecting together and you are speaking their language however you are going into it, you're connecting with them on a psychological level and that they feel part of something and they feel like dumb. It that humanity feels obligated to perform.
All you have to do is opt in, pop your email in there, we will send you that guide. Perhaps you have never, you simply watched thecaptions and things like that? I really do. I grab myself. I am like, why didn't I flip it ? But it's so much better with salad. Right. But it's like people consume at various times, several times of the day. Um, but what I discovered is if you are able to hook themif you are able to get that hook, whether it's about Facebook, on Youtube, on Instagram, you actually have them for 20 seconds and 20 seconds should be your gold. It's like you need to reinforce that hook or you have to strengthen what your value proposition is to receive them in, whether it's a name or a thumbnail or however you are pulling them in to that video. You have to reinforce that since if you do not, you're likely to have the hockey stick effect. That means you understand, and you not going to get anyone watching it.
So Darryl, in the very first video we discussed briefly on the type of video content that you should be generating, what favor for anybody that didn't observe that or just to refresh some memories, which type of video? What type of video is that if there's 1 video you should create um, as a business? Yeah, for me it is a societal video and two to kind of take that a bit further then, um, and kind of briefly remind everyone which sort of video that is. Can you explain what a video is, but also why that type of movie is so vital?
Yeah, like, such as the movie part of the video editing is indeed critical. It may make or break a video. Um, it doesn't matter how amazing your script is. It doesn't matter how amazing your manufacturing as well as your camera is. The editing is really where it really, the rubber meets the road to find out whether it is going to really work or not. And for mepersonally, as soon as you're in a position to do it, it's worth the sources worth the moment. And when you actually put it together, it will convert a lot higher. Um, and that in the conclusion of the day, that is by far apart from homework, uh, you know, the preparation stage and it is similar to the execution point to the editing has become the most crucial.
Now presumably you'd take the content you just shot with Reese on your telephone or anything to an editing suite or to some post creation. I suppose. Can you want to talk about what you do in that stage yet? Prepared to disperse
It may sort of look like it's theirs. And that's a thing that is really important. So going back to your case we said, hey, if we are going to actually make a video about your brother along with his soccer team about Liverpool, whether it's bad or good or anything, I would like make a list of each, uh, page on Facebook on Instagram that will be pro or con. You know that's who we would like to contact. And believe it or not, you know, becoming, uh, those connections with these people is a way to have increase. And I discovered that if you can get like six or five or 10 stations or pages which are like yours that are willing to share your content, I mean that explodes your, your growth, that explodes your, your reach and you're going to have the views that include it if you truly have done a fantastic job with your video.
So we have discussed the initial phase of getting ready for a movie preparation of movie. Then we proceeded creating the video and to obviously manufacturing. Can speak a little bit about
So when we talk about going onto every platforms, I think this is, this is quite important as well. There are obviously, well I think there are two elements you might tell me. Of is that the proportion of the video. So if you create in one video, you've got to think about how of the other ones are transcribed into by that. But is there other, anything else you'd kind of need to be aware of if you're going to be creating content for say, Instagram or Facebook
So is that all for production? You know, like a lot of people put a lot of thought in how things read more come together and just like what type of camera to use and so on and so forth. But I think for me it's like be flexible. When you're actually doing the movie, you have a script and have like this you are going to have things come to you even though we ready. They are like, oh, this could be a lot better if we did this and you know, shoot different variations. Just like you have time, just shoot at some different variations. Hey, perhaps this will function better than this. And you know, that can aid you the post production phase.
So with that, simply to kind of move into this, and would you load the video first to your webpage then contact all these are the pages to let them know it's never, or would you take a different approach? Yeah I really do that at the phase. I am known by me, the movies come in and so I reached out whatever or since it might take a couple of weeks to get ahold of everybody. Should you share mine kind thing, uh, and who knows, perhaps you're like, Hey, I will share your video. If you're doing PR crossposting 13, that's not a bad thing. Where the burden is, uh, simply to share a video isn't. Just like you have to cross post it and you have to give them privileges. And the exact same for, you know, you are posting their articles, but that's kind of the key to Facebook.
However, the algorithm on youtube otherwise, you know, you'd do it differently on, on Instagram and different on Twitter. But Facebook, I think a lot of people which are seeing this video want to capitalize on that and that is a simple way to say, hey look, if you could have this page that has a reach of let's say you know, 10,000 likes that they actually posted it, who knows just how a lot of you is they're going to get. Um, also, and you sort of reaches out to these different pages at which it goes straight back to your movie and all the analytics gets. Yeah, it's really cool. No, that is cool. With strategy that is mixed, like for me personally, I like organic, but you have infused it with, together with ads. Advertisements by far is the best way to enter in the front of the right people at the right moment. And if you understand what you are doing, it can be very powerful. We are doing a movie around Liverpool if you do not know what you're doing, it's still be effective as as soon as you say, fine?
It is like when you find something cool and you're like, hey, you have ta check this out. You know, we must do that. We have to this word of mouth. And that's where it's so powerful and that is exactly what the societal videos do. And so after the center, basically of the content, you've got to get a call to action. Um, also, and you may not believe, well, though it is a societal movie, I'm not really doing it , you know, it is just more of an inspiration or it's just a [inaudible] or whatever. That call to action is still key since are you trying to grow an audience? Like remember when we talked about what's the intention behind the video? Or when it is to sell goods, we need to hit that button directly below the video or to push on them into a landing page. Uh, or whether it's for inspirational it's like something or a Hashtag to combine a cause, you know, I mean the list goes on.
You know, that can be among the things that you could do and until we do this, there's a good deal. And there are stages, like you mentioned, there is a point of preparation, there is a stage of creation, there is a stage of post production, then there's a point for distribution. And every one of those stages are critical, uh, and they function in harmony to truly get your video being seen.
Yeah, that is logical. And once you've been through those phases a few times I guess from looking at these three stages, and you do edits too, which is vital, as you say. And many people would, you know, she movie, I've been guilty of this in the past and we are going to throw it up thinking it is ready without stuff that is edited. However, I can see just how important as when you discover you may continue following that blueprint over and over and over again, it's to do versions.
